Cosy and well-kept stay

clean room helpful communication
The room felt clean and tidy. Jennifer was very cute upon my arrival. I found the pre-arrival communication from the team helpful (it eased my mind). The hotel had a secure front door.
The traffic noise bothered me a bit since my room faced the front of the building. I am a light sleeper. Blackout curtains would be good to block light better during summer nights.
Location
9/10
The hotel provides convenient access to a bus stop nearby, easing transportation challenges. Though not in the central area of the city, the connectivity to local transport works well for access around the surrounding areas. Parking is available on nearby streets.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel offers wifi that functions very well, ensuring good connectivity. The provision of tea and coffee in the room allowed a warm welcome. The hotel provided secure access with the key being left inside.
Service
10/10
The staff are super friendly and very helpful . Jennifer answered my questions regarding luggage and breakfast. She.).
Rooms
9/10
The room offered a comfortable bed with soft bedding. There were enough plug sockets for my electronic devices. The bathroom was clean and efficient, including a really great shower. The colorful decor.

I stayed in a double or twin room. it was bright with lovely windows. the couch was comfortable. I really enjoyed it. some crisps and biscuits. tea and coffee, were provided. That was awesome!!!
the double room was tiny. it was passable for me but would be way too cramped if there were two of you. there was hardly any power in the shower, so i basically had a drip shower in the morning!!!
